The product shown in the above image is the Carbon Steel (CS) pressure vessel. We can manufacture pressure vessels from 200 litres to 20,000 litres capacity. We can handle upto 12mm thick metal sheet. The surface is sand blasted and epoxy coated. Our products range include pressure vessels (with / without agitator), atmospheric storage tanks, tanks with limpet, jacketed tank, dual jacketed tank, reactors, heat exchangers, water / waste water / sewage / effluent treatment skid mounted plant and chemical dosing skid mounted plant. We have expertise to fabricate for the specialised industries like pharmaceutical, food & beverages, dairy industry etc. We deal with Carbon Steel, LTCS, NACE & HIC resistant material, SS (300 & 400 series), Duplex Stainless Steel, Super Duplex Stainless Steel, Cupronickel, Aluminum & Aluminum alloy, Monel , Inconel, Neckel & Nickel alloys, Hastelloy & Titanium. We always use good quality of raw material to manufacturer products. If required then laboratory testing certificate can be provided. We strictly follow inspection and test plan provided by customer or as per our quality assurance plan (QAP). A thorough record of each equipment is maintained as per the standard norms. We strictly adhere to cGMP guidelines. We follow USP 32, ASME (BPVC) and ASME (BPE) standards. Our designs are regularly updated in line with international codes and standards. We use the latest design engineering software tools to analyse and validate our engineering work. These include STAAD, PV Elite, PDS, ANSYS, & Cosmos.
